The film explores the delicate topic of acts of charity performed by individuals during their visits to the global south. Why shouldn’t anybody hand out candy in the middle of the street? Why can helping others sometimes cause more harm than good? And what kind of activity can bring sustainable development to places that see a large increase in the number of visiting tourists?
The film was made in cooperation with a number of travelers who publish their work online: Bartek Czukiewski (Bez Planu), Borys and Ola Uczułka (Planeta Abstrakcja), Marcin Mosak, Weronika Truszczyńska, Karol Werner (Kołem się toczy), Dodo Knitter and Dorota Kacperek (otadorka).
